Hulk Hogan & Rowdy Roddy Piper Madison Square Garden • March 17, 1992. Macho Man Randy Savage Prime Time Wrestling • September 1, 1992. These dudes are like 60 years-old. "To Be the Man" came out Tuesday and spent the day in the top 75 at amazon.com. It's written mostly for wrestling geeks (like me). That is almost an indisputable fact, as Flair delivered a career that most mere mortals in the wrestling game would dream of accomplishing. But most will agree that Ric Flair is the greatest man to ever don the spandex. At first I was like “Great, another country cover of a song.” (ever go to a karaoke bar? Fake a*s wrestlers Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair are back in the ring again to duke it out in Perth, Australia. Features tons of stories, stats and memories from when pro-wrestling was better. WWE Championship Match Ric Flair vs. I've heard songs like Dragula covered in a country style more times than I'm comfortable admitting) but this was passable. Ric Flair does not have this problem. When I look back on Ric Flair's retirement in 2008, I see a celebration of an amazing career. I also see a man forced into retirement against his will. One of my all-time favorite matches will surely make me forget about that debacle I reviewed last time out.
